General Fabrication

Moore-Addison does GENERAL FABRICATION; for self preservation, we feel the need to go beyond machining.  Over the decades, but not recently, we've had rejects because the holes were the wrong size.  We'd fix'em. But there where calls where our holes we're just too big for their inserts.  A few questions later it was clear that they had found a cheaper insert and not changed the print. For this and similar cases, we insert the inserts and attach whatever else small item the customer might want on the piece.  We see it as a way to be certain the hole will be perfect and the attachment points accurate.

Some customers want boxes.  These are often potting boxes and the quantity is not long enough to warrant molding them.  Moore-Addison makes boxes.  If strength is an issue, we can add supports to the corners.  But, generally, we only guarantee that they will be leak proof and of the desired dimensions.

Moore-Addison serves heavy industry infrastructure.  The niche Moore-Addison fills is that we machine precision donuts out of nasty stuff.  A partial list of the main machines we currently use follows.  It is a partial list because if we listed all our machinery, we would have several pages; you would get bored and go to another website.  We want you to stay with us; send Moore-Addison a "request for quote";

buy our machined plastic parts.
